They have been taking care of me since Thanksgiving of '14 when my back went out. After about two weeks of little improvement I was sent for xrays.  These revealed a sprained siatic joint.  They have taken such good care of me, as I healed I had less appointments.  Dr. Vincent Gross is keenly aware of day to day tasks demanded of everyday people who don't get to stop and simply recover.  If I had set back they have been there to get me back on track.  They are very caring and open and incredibly easy to talk to.

I have been to many chiropractors in my life and none of them I have been impressed with.  They just made me feel worse. All they wanted was for me to come 3 times a week so they can make more money.  I’m very into lifting heavy weights and working out and sometimes I throw my back out.  I go to Dr. Gross 1 time and he gives me an adjustment and I’m ready to get back in the gym again the next day. Not only is he great doctor, he is also one of the nicest guys I know. He really cares about his patients.  If you live in the area and you have back problems go see Dr. Gross.

I was having some pain in my neck. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was recommended to go here by a friend. I was blown away with how kind Dr. Gross was. He makes sure that he takes the time to explain everything to you, letting you know what he is going to do before he does it. He will also take the time to explain to you what a chiropractor does, and he’ll make sure you understand what exactly is causing you pain. Dr. Gross provided me a comfortable environment and a very comprehensive initial appointment. As an individual who was fearful of chiropractors, I left feeling heard and aware of the care I was being recommended. Additionally, Dr. Gross performed care that involved very little manipulation for my initial appointment, attempting to “adjust” me without the need for “cracking”, due to my anxiety. It was clear that my voice was heard and my concerns were addressed with each following appointment. Dr. Gross wanted to ease my fears and made me feel knowledgeable about my care. I had visited Dr. Gross last year after going to multiple other chiropractors for a chronic back problem.  I can say that he helped me very much and my back pain and stiffness are now manageable on my own with proper stretching and exercises.  It did take multiple sessions to get me back to normal.  I do still go back occasionally for a "tune up".  What I liked best about Dr. Gross was his back treatment and adjustments were done after a complete evaluation of my spine and were very customized to me.  Other chiropractors I have been to had more of a "cookie cutter" type treatment.  For years every time I bent over and touched my toes to stretch my back it was very painful to strand up straight again especially the last 10% of getting completely straight.  After Dr. Gross treatments, even if my back feels stiff, there is no problem with bending over and straightening again, no pain.  It's been many years since that was possible.  I highly recommend Dr. Gross to anyone with a back problem.  He is polite, thoughtful and has a great bedside manner so to speak.  He is also very competent.  Give him a try, you won't regret it.

As the name would suggest, Dr. Gross is an honest and professional chiropractor.  He is very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain his methods and what his treatments are for.  His treatment approach is conservative and measured and he will not perform unnecessary procedures.  He performed some basic adjustments on me and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.  I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process.  I would highly recommend Dr. Gross to anyone who has never seen a chiropractor before and may be nervous about seeing one.

Amazing duo of chiropractors- I went in with severe, acute pain and felt a big difference after my first session with Dr. Gross in 24 hours. Saw Dr. James for a follow-up and, again, felt immediate relief. They are both genuine, personable, talented healers. This was my first chiropractic experience and I appreciated how they walked me through each step of my sessions. I highly recommend this practice.

For a person who has gone two back surgeries, PT, and personal training... I tend to have an issue with my back here and there. I felt better after seeing Dr. Gross a few times than months of physical therapy. He is different than most chiropractors and really customizes his treatment for each patient. Above that he takes it one treatment at a time to measure progress rather than setting up a expensive, multi-visit treatment plan.
